Robert J. Rubeor, CMFC®

Bob strives to provide the highest quality wealth-accumulation and wealth-preservation plans for clients and their families. He specializes in advising successful attorneys and professionals with truthfulness, integrity and trust. For 15 years, in understandable terms and concepts, he helps his client’s sort out their financial planning options and implement a strategy to help dramatically improve their financial position. People want to reduce their current and future estate taxes, create dependable retirement income, optimize their charitable goals, determine the real value of using financial products and design sound wealth-building investment portfolios. Bob wants to help them do these important tasks as well as they can be done.
We all find ourselves in an ever-changing personal and tax environment. Financial plans need to keep up with those changes. With regular personal contact, along with monthly newsletters and customized personal financial modeling, Bob advises his clients with their appropriate options. His practice has the most beneficial bottomline impact for clients with net worth in excess of $5,000,000, although the RubeorGimperling works with all those desiring a more comfortable financial future.
Bob has conducted many workshops on these topics in the Baltimore-Washington area. He has been the featured speaker at numerous workshops including the Upper Chesapeake Health System medical staff symposium entitled "How to Avoid Losing Large Retirement Plan Assets to Taxation”. He has addressed the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA of Md.) on “The Top Ten Financial Planning Mistakes Attorneys Make and How to Avoid Them”.
Bob has a degree from Brown University where he was selected to the All-Ivy and All-New England lacrosse teams. Bob lives with his wife of 28 years, Linda and has two children, Renee and Ben. Bob lives in Towson, MD.
J. Cory Gimperling, CFP®, CRPC®

Cory’s mission is to provide clear and concise financial guidance to attorneys and other professionals. He specializes in working with attorneys because they understand and appreciate the planning process. RubeorGimperling Group understands how attorneys build wealth and can optimize and preserve that wealth to fulfill their personal dreams.
With over 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry, Cory has earned a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) practitioner certification and is a member of The Financial Planning Association. Cory has also earned a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor® designation offering the very best analysis and solutions for helping his clients fulfill their retirement goals. He has developed a special interest in 401(k)s and other retirement plans. The complicated tax rules surrounding these plans provide a real opportunity to those prepared to use the tax provisions properly. Cory helps his clients do just that. Many attorneys have a large portion of their wealth in these plans and need sound advice in this area.
Cory attended Boston College and successfully completed a double major in finance and economics. He also studied abroad in Cambridge, England for a semester. In his personal time, Cory serves his church in the capacity of finance and budget committee leader. He enjoys many church activities, college and professional sports and relishes traveling. Cory lives with his wife, Sharee and daughter, Lauren in Crofton, MD.
NASSER ALI, CFA, CFP®, AAMS, CMFC®

Nasser is a tremendous resource for investment planning at the RubeorGimperling Group. He assists Bob and Cory with the design and implementation of certain investment portfolios as needed.
Nasser’s main responsibilities are with Lincoln Financial Advisors as a firm. He is a member of Lincoln's Investment Policy Committee, Manager Selection Committee and senior member of the financial planning team.
Nasser graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Maryland. He earned the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2000 and CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM)) certification in 2004. He also earned his AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant) designations in 1998 and 1996, respectively. He is a member of the CFA Institute, Financial Planning Association and the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
Nasser and his wife, Carolyn, have two children, Tucker and Erin.
Debbi Gieseman, CLU, ChFC
Staff Member
Debbi is another great resource for the RubeorGimperling Group. She provides corporate oversight of business operations, specifically personnel and compliance.
She has been employed with Lincoln since June 1968. In 2004, she obtained her Series 7 and Series 24 registrations. Debbi obtained her CLU designation in 1984 and ChFC in 1999.
